Using Call Recordings

Once logged in to the Command|Link Platform, the left-hand navigation bar will have a Call Recordings option if you are subscribed to the service, and are configured to access recordings.

Playing Calls

Calls are listed on the screen with a player next to each call.  Simple push play to hear the call. Like other elements through the platform, you have rich functionality to sort, filter, and customize your views.

Downloading Calls

Call recordings are stored on the system for the length of time that you have been subscribed, after which they will be deleted.  You can download individual calls that are important for safekeeping.  Click the Action button to the right of the call, and select Download.

Deleting Calls

If you would like to immediately delete a call, simply select the Delete option and confirm.  There is no way to recover deleted files.
