Using Basic Features

Dial a number or search for a contact on the dial pad.

To answer a call simply use your mouse to click the answer button.

While on a call you can place the call on hold, Transfer, and manage participants.

To end a call, use your mouse to click leave.

To place a call on hold, Press the Hold/Pause button.

To resume the call press the Resume button.

To make a blind transfer press the transfer button and select transfer, add a contact, or type a number

To make a Consult transfer press the transfer button, select Consult then transfer, add a contact, or type a number

After the call is answered press the Transfer button

SMS Features

Install the SMS feature by clicking View more apps, and Get more apps

Choose the SMS app under Built for your org.

To start a new SMS click New Conversation. Add up to 10 recipients.
(SMS does not support group chat at this time and recipients will be split into individual conversations)
