Record Easy/Premium Auto Attendant Via Phone
ccess you attendant settings. Select “Record by Phone” when setting up announcement. Fill in name and optional description and click add.
Take note of the announcement number created
If you have not created a PIN for your Auto Attendant line, you will need to do as followed.
Click Change Voicemail PIN and confirm.
* From your desk phone dial *86, then hit * again
* Enter the number with area code of the Auto Attendant line then #
* Enter the Auto Attendant Voicemail PIN then #
* At the menu press 1 then 2
* Enter the number of the Announcement you would like to edit (example 101 as seen above)
* Once you have recorded your announcement press #
* Press 1 to save and you can hang up
* ???????Once recorded, refresh your Auto Attendants Menus screen and playback of recorded anoucement is available.
