1. From CommandLink Portal click services.

2. Scroll to find UCaaS|Link services

3. On the service page Under UCaas|Link tab find the user you want to change and click Action dropdown menu, then click reset password.

4. In the pop-up you may choose to manually or randomly generate a new password. Check weather or not to email new password to user and click Reset Password button.
