How to Add a Scheduling Assistant and Schedule a Meeting as an Assistant
In meeting options click on Add Assistant.
In the popup window search for and select the individual/s you want to give permission to schedule meetings on your behalf then click OK.
To Schedule a Meeting as an Assistant
Choose to schedule a meeting as usual.
In the popup expand Advance Option for Meeting Options.
Check the “Schedule for” box and select an individual from the drop-down list.
Adjust Topic, When, etc. and click Schedule
