Accessing your Voicemail

Via Platform:

1. Login to CommandLink, Click the Phone Control icon on the left
2. Click Message Settings to change settings like Forwarding Voicemail to Email, or Greetings.
3. Click Messages and Calls to manage your voicemails and transcriptions.

Via Your Phone:
When you have one or more unheard voice messages waiting, your phone will display a flashing light.

1. To listen to your messages log in, either by dialing the voicemail access code *86, or press the Messages or Voicemail key if your phone has one.
2. The first time you access your voicemail box you will be asked to set up your mailbox, and record your name and a greeting to be played by callers.

Accessing Voicemail from any phone

There are two methods for accessing voicemail any phone:

1. Dial 844-311-LINK (5465) then enter your full 10 digit Telephone Number and PIN
2. Dial your Telephone Number and wait for your voicemail greeting to start, then press * and enter your PIN

Accessing another lines Voicemail

1. Dial *86
2. When prompted for your PIN, press * instead
3. Dial the extension or 10 digit number of the voicemail you would like to access
4. When prompted, dial the PIN of that line

Using the Voicemail system

The voicemail system is menu driven, so listen to the voice prompts and then press the keys on your phone to select which option you would like.

Once you become familiar with the system there is no need to wait until the voice prompts have played before pressing a key – you can interrupt the announcements to speed up your experience.
