Accessing and configuration of Premium Auto Attendant

Log into service.commandlink.com

On ComPortal Dashboard page select Services Icon on the left.

Find and click the UCaaS service link under Service name.

On the UCaaS service page click the Action tab Next to Auto Attendant line and select Service.

This is the starting point for setting up your Auto Attendant.

Select the “Announcement” tab. Click “Add New Announcement”

In the Add Announcement windows populate name & description, and record/Upload your new announcement.

Supported upload codecs are: G711 WAV (8-bit, ulaw / alaw, mono, 8kHz), 16-bit PCM WAV (16-bit, PCM, mono, 16kHz).

If you do not have a microphone, follow the the steps in the help guide found here (link to help guide, how to record/upload an annoucement without a microphone.)

Once recorded you should see a play back option and a new announcement that was created

Select the Menu tab, click Add New Menu, add the name and description for the menu and select the announcement that you created in the previous step from the Menu announcement drop down menu. Click Apply

Click Keys Tab to chose your key promt options. Click Apply

Select the Schedule Tab. Click Add “Add New Period.” Name the new period and click OK .

Set the hours that you would like the period to be active by clicking the time boxes. Assign a menu to the period using the drop down. Click Apply

NOTE: You will need to assign a menu to all time periods before you are able to enable the Attendant

Once you have created the announcement, menu and schedule. You can enable the Auto Attendant from the Main tab.
